I just replied to your email you sent the hotel directly letting us know you had sent your review to the wrong hotel. I'm glad you did reach out to us directly. Had I known, I would have taken care of this right away. I am very sorry to hear your infant son was in the hospital and that canceling your reservation was a challenge, as that is not the experience we want for our guests. I processed a full refund. I do hope you change your mind and stay with us the next time you are in Pismo Beach. I would be happy to personally help you with your reservation.
