Bel hôtel avec grandes chambres
Bel hôtel très propre avec grandes chambres en deux pièces avec petit salon et beaux espaces. Un peu loin de la place et à côté de la Sur. Malheureusement, problème d'isolation acoustique car fenêtre extérieure simple vitrage et coulissant donnant sur la machinerie extérieure qu'on entend très fort + trafic routier intense.

What a GREAT hotel!! Our room was a suite with 2 tvs so hubby could get up & watch in the other room while I slept a little longer. We were given tickets for 1 free drink from the bar for each evening we were there and the free hot breakfast was very good!! The grounds were kept nicely, there was a fences dog run area, a couple of sitting areas with fires just outside the pool area in the evenings and the man at the front desk was SUPER helpful! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We had to cancel this booking thru Expedia which we did in plenty of time but were still charged for the night. We would loved to have stayed there but unfortunately the rock slides on the PCH changed our agenda so we knew we would be unable to stay there.

The staff was outstanding, the food was excellent, the room was clean. The only issue was the bathroom floor. It was very dingy. Probably needs to be replaced. But everything else was good…

The room and property were clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors easily was not a fan of that. Also for the add ons of charging for early check in and late check out is a bit outrageous. Staff was nice and courteous.

Me and my husband had. Great time . Enjoyed the swimming pool and had great breakfast at the restaurant. Just a Spanish style hotel made it a better experience for us, San Luis Obispo county is awesome and great weather even though it is April ! Been here couple of times and plan to come again .

Vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over waar de faciliteiten zijn. Daarnaast een welkomstdrankje en soepje van het huis ontvangen. De kamer was niet schoongemaakt. De hele deur zat onder de koffiespetters en bij de kast zat een grote witte substantie. De douchekop was niet schoongemaakt en de shampoopomp zat los van de inhoud (die was niet vastgedraaid). Daarnaast hoor je veel geluid van buiten in de kamer.

They provide decent hot breakfast but worst coffee we have ever had in any hotel! Why not serve decent PEETs coffee like other hotels? Only two hot items repeated every day of the week

The staff were awesome and kind! The room was not as clean as it should be. There was hair on the towels, the top of the toilet seat was dirty and the shower wasn’t clean either so it was a disappointment for sure on the cleanliness :(

A great little find in Pismo Beach. Clean, safe, good sized rooms… the fact that each room has a sitting room is a very welcome addition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for the value conscious traveler. Great value for money in Pismo and conveniently located right off the highway.

Property seems to be updated, clean and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Try to get above floor as the ceiling/2nd floor seems to be paper thin. We can hear people’s footsteps at all times and whenever they move a chair or luggage, it sounds like they are moving furnitures. I don’t need to tell you the creaking noise with moaning in the early mornings. Luckily our 12-year old sleeps like a log. It would have been an awkward convo.

I loved all the amenities this property had to offer. This location is family friendly, great pool hours, clean, good breakfast, and even a bar for the parents. I definitely will be returning.

We booked a King room for two nights and we were very pleased with the room. It was spacious and we liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the front room. The only thing I saw was the cabinets in the bedroom area were very worn and loose. But nothing that would keep me from staying here again. It was very chilly so we didn't use the pool/spa. The hotel was very close to the Pismo Pier area and not a far drive from Walmart and other shopping. All in all great bang for my buck.

Easy parking. Great desk staff. Good room for the cost. 50/50 on the bar staff. 1st gal was great. 1st guy needs customer service training. 2nd male staff, polite but pretty much matter of fact. Breakfast lacking. No choice on yogurt, no sweet rolls. Hash browns not cooked, eggs crumbled up into pellets. People might say I’m harsh but we paid good money and I expect customer service and quality product.

Price was reasonable, room was spacious. This trip was just the two of us, but there was plenty to do for kids and adults. The pool was hopping, patio lights with a fire pit and nice seating. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Enjoyed our stay.
