However, we are sorry to read your comment about our Staff, especially given the great effort we take to offer our Guests a sense of Italian spirit and welcoming. I would like to reassure you that I have already shared your note with our Restaurant Manager, in order to prevent such episodes from happening again in the future.
Moreover, I am desolated to read your note about Lefay Vital Gourmet, the culinary concept which pays particular attention to the health aspects of food, following the principles of sustainable cuisine. In particular, concerning your comment about prices, I must explain that this is because we always use only the highest quality fresh local products and ingredients and each dish is cooked to order by our chef. Furthermore, let me assure you that our prices are aligned with those applied in other European properties of our same level.
