« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« Comfortable, convenient, and well-managed stayI stayed at this townhouse twice in November and December 2025. The location is very convenient—about 10 minutes from the airport and major shopping areas, and roughly 15 minutes from the UAB campus. There are two designated parking spaces a few steps away from the front door, which helped me feel safe when coming and going after dark.The unit is in a quiet, refurbished townhouse community away from downtown, which made it a calm place to decompress...

Parking was on property not street, home was SUPER CLEAN, and she had a new fridge, washer and dryer, close to a Walmart, and restaurants and gas stations yet rural enough to feel like you are in a neighborhood-super quiet!!!
