« This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive...

« We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....

« This is just the cutest Craftsman-style bungalow primely located in the Avondale area of Birmingham. The lovely Avondale city park is directly across the tree-lined street. You will love the floors, large kitchen, cozy front porch and ample-sized bedrooms. The dart board in the study is a fun addition. We walked to all of our Avondale destinations. Can't wait to return to the area and to stay at this property again. »

« Exactly as described in the posting. Beautiful charming home. Beds were very comfortable for our six guests. Plenty of closet space for our wedding attire. Close to every event we needed to go to. Lovely garden deck outback to have your coffee. The front porch swinging chair was a favorite. Highly recommend. »
