Locations de vacances privées à Pinson

« This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year. »

« Clean home. Safe area. All the basic needs were there available for use. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. »

« The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return. »

« I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests. »

« Super cute and comfortable home. I really enjoyed our stay. Esmerelda was always prompt in communication. I would definitely recommend booking! »

« Pictures matched actual place. »

« Cute place that needs some TLC. The pool chairs have holes in them, the patio chairs are rusted, the fence in the yard has fallen over in several places, there are window screens that have huge holes in them, there are holes in the wall that have been patched but not painted, the blinds in one of the bathrooms were broken, and the swimming pool shell is falling down in several spots. There was also a gross interior carpet that was laying next to the porch outside. These things are easily fixable...

« Host was very responsive. The house served our needs very well for my wife & I traveling with three elderly parents and a child. It has been fixed up nicely, but be aware it is still an older home with an older home feel. It is priced reasonably for what it is. We would stay here again on future visits to our Birmingham family. »

« They offered a "late check out" . . . and when we asked for it . . . they said they were too busy to honor that for the Sunday so we must leave at 10am and not 1pm. If you can't honor it . . . then why offer it? Area was alittle questionable on safety. »

« Great property, just what the 5 of us needed! Quiet neighborhood, nice amenities »

« The house was very cute! The air worked really well, everything you would need for staying in the kitchen is provided, which is always nice. The host was very responsive to our messages and check in and out was seamless! »

« Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host. »

« Pet friendly »

« The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car. »

« We had the best stay at this cute spot. It was well equipped and clean. The communication with the host was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« Good stay »
