« We love this hotel and stay here often. Always rate 5 stars. However, this time, due to front desk staffs lack of caring, our stay wasn't great. Apparently the battery in our thermostat died during the night and we all woke up sweating and very uncomfortable. I let the girl at the front desk know and her response was simply "Oh, I'm sorry about that". She didn't offer to get someone up to fix it, offer anything to offset the bad experience, nothing.
