So much potential!
Unfortunately, we didnât have the best experience. We contacted the host when we got to the home that the water heater was not working. They were quick to respond but they were unable to help since they donât live locally. We quickly realized that there was a short in one of the water heaters and it had burned through the insulation. We turned off the breaker to the one water heater and tested the second one, it still didnât work. We let the owners know. Unfortunately, there was nothing that they can do so they said that they would come the next day. They came in the middle of the morning, and they were unable to fix it. Instead of having a plumber, they tried to do it themselves. When they couldnât fix it, they said they had bypassed to the second water heater but we told them that the 2nd one didnât work either. They said that there was nothing they can do at this time. We spent the whole weekend without hot water. If you havenât been in pine valley before the water is seriously finger numbing cold. In addition to this, the home has been beat up a bit. The BBQ grill had not been cleaned in a long time and you can see that it has already caused a fire on the deck. There was black smoke and melted vinyl siding all around it. Thankfully they had a griddle next to it that we were able to use. There was also a sharp corner on the countertop in the kitchen where a tile fell out and itâs sharp. I wish it would have been better
