This cozy apartment was thoughtfully created for your enjoyment beneath our main house, in what was once our basement. It features a separate entrance, assigned parking, and a private yard.

The yard includes a grill (available for an additional fee upon arrival), a table with chairs, horseshoes, tetherball, and a safe, kid-friendly axe throwing setup—fun for all ages! In the winter, the backyard transforms into a perfect sledding hill.

Sorry, no pets allowed. But if you're missing furry friends, don’t worry—we have two friendly pups of our own! They may bark to alert us to wildlife (or the UPS truck), but if you're lucky, you might spot the bears before they do!

In addition to your own apartment’s backyard and dedicated parking, you’ll enjoy access to a wealth of amenities through our HOA — including a huge swimming pool and spa available Memorial Day through October, all for just $5 a day. Convenient on-site showers, restrooms, and changing rooms are available, located just below the charming Condor Café, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days.

Our recreation center offers a variety of indoor activities like air hockey, ping pong, pool, and basketball. Outdoors, you’ll find a nine-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground and park, and a softball/baseball field that also hosts soccer games.
