Overall, we had a great time. With that said, we probably would not have booked if we knew the restaurant in the hotel that on the website- would be open.by May 22. At checkin, the front desk informed us that the restaurant is still closed. There is a food truck outside for food. 🤔 That was possibly the worst inconvenience for us. No breakfast, no lunch or dinner unless you drive to one up the island. Nice beach, nice balcony.

Oceanfront/view was only positive, have literally "gone to the dogs". you should really update your website to reflect the lack of "luxury" at your hotel: I booked this because of lounge/bar/restaurant: false advertising to think I could enjoy my stay at one place instead had to go out for every meal, bar hours were not as posted and were shut down by 9pm not midnight as posted, music was not as posted(Fern and Tiff cancelled but we didnt know), lounge was closed entire time, cash only bar when hotel is card only, just ridiculous. New owners need to get their act together, staff can only apologize so much. Would not recommend or return at this point, its a shame as we have been coming for years!!!!

The hotel is in good condition. Rooms are clean and stuff is very friendly. The 4 star review is due to the fact that is advertised a restaurant and a bar. When you get at the property you find out that the restaurant and the bar are closed due to construction. They have a tiki bar. Not too many options on drinks. And they take only cash

It was very quiet and not alot people. Very clean place. I didn't like that the dining area and bar was being worked on so it was close down. And i didnt like that I had to wait on the pool to open up at 930, when it opens up at 9 because the guy was cleaning it late but other then that i would come back here

Clean place that is right on the beach. Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Does it matter? Not at all. Right on the beach, all rooms face the water. Great place full of great and friendly staff! Will come back for sure!

Beautiful beach and great folding chairs provided made for a relaxing time in the sand. Very nice pool and hot tub was great! Rooms and beds are nice, comfortable. Could use a little nicer shower/bathroom set up particularly given the room rates.

We have stayed here several times, and it has always been pleasant. The property is older, but is under renovation currently so be prepared for that. We called in advance so we knew the restaurant was not open yet, but if you didnt know that it would be disappointing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms BADLY need renovating. The space could be much better oriented for showering and such. The price is right and every room faces the ocean just a few steps from the beach so its a nice getaway for my mom and I. We will return and are looking forward to seeing further updates next time!

Was surprised by the hotel stating it is a Luxery site, before they do renovations. My room was dirty in areas, bathroom and balcony. AC had a flashing blue light that continued all night. AC blew straight over my head so I had to keep it off. Surprised to find that the restaurant and bar was not open. Check out states 11am. I had to go out for breakfast approx 8:30 and came back an hour later to find that I was locked out of my room. I had taken my bags to the car, but had my keeps and was going to try to rest before leaving out to drive 4 hours home. Not one free according to some people that stayed at the hotel so they stood out on the balcony smoking. I know this is hard to control, but it sure is hard on a person likee that has never smoked and has allergies, which includes cigg smoke. After not being able to sleep on an unusually hard bed with hard pillows - not Luxery at all, I did not sleep well and especially with this blue light on the ac unit flashing constantly. Over priced for sure for no more that what I got. Not a comfortable stay at all for trying to do a quick get away. I stayed here in the past and loved it. The owners may be working on a change, but you can't honestly jack up prices on promises for what you have promised in the future.

The hotel was nice. All rooms were oceanfront. There was a wall that was clearly visible that was under construction. It detracts from the overall appearance and aesthetic of the property.

I was very disappointed in the phone and internet connections. We couldn’t even make a call out. I want be staying here again because of this. The place itself is beautiful but without that connection it’s not worth it.

Every person I met was very nice and personable! I loved the quietness of the area. My one concern was the shower didn’t seem like it was fully scrubbed as I would hope, but I do understand they have plenty of rooms to clean in a certain time frame. I loved my stay and will hopefully come back!

This Hotel was very clean upon walking into the lobby to check-in I noticed the clean smell. The service was also very good. I used to always want to go to other beaches when I thought about going to the beach but from now on I will be coming to this beach and staying at Crystal Coast Oceanfront hotel. I also want to tell how nice and clean that entire area is too!

We loved the view from the balcony. The hot tub was broken - we couldn’t use it for our whole stay. We didn’t know the restaurant onsite was closed for renovations.
