« The day before check in I was informed over the phone that the airport shuttle was available for me at 11:40pm. The shuttle only runs until 10pm. That's the whole reason I choose to stay at this hotel and I was unable to locate where they say there is limited service. So I was misinformed by staff. However, when we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel had a bit of a smell. Though the room was large, and didn't smell itself. Breakfast was okay. »

« I was disappointed with my one-night stay at Hyatt Place. I checked in late in the afternoon, grabbed something to eat, and went to my room because I had to wake up at 5:45 a.m. the next morning to be at a college orientation by 7:00 a.m. When I got ready to shower around 10:00 p.m., I discovered that the shower barely had any water pressure. I called the front desk and spoke with the manager, who explained that there was no maintenance staff on the property that night. She offered to move me...

« We visit the area frequently because we have family living there. This has been our favorite place to stay yet! The only thing I would suggest is more shade for poolside, but that may have been more of an issue because of the extreme heat when we were there. Will definitely stay there again! »
