« What a wonderful experience!! We were celebrating my granddaughter's 7th birthday at Hershey Park and we wanted to stay somewhere close to the park. We're so glad we came across the Polka Dot Roost. Plenty of room for our family of 5 + 2 dogs. We're from the city so staying at an actual farm with goats, chickens and a corn field was an experience that we'll never forget. The bedrooms had different animal themes and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the grounds were well maintained...

« Absolutely amazing. Peaceful. Organic. I cant think of anything negative with the property. Everything was well thought of in perfection. But if i was asked of what else to keep it so amazing , I would say an earlier check-in time, more guest rooms. and definitely a fire pit. Look forward to booking this property again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend vacation to Knobels. April has thought of everything when furnishing this VRBO. There is so much attention to detail and little touches everywhere. If we forgot something....it was there! The host's communication was excellent and most importantly the beds were comfy and the house was clean! »

« The hotel had a rough day the desk clerks said. Our room was not ready till about 5. Not a big deal we needed to go to the store. The room was nice. We had two bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom around the shower looks dirty. »
