Sea Breeze - tranquil retreat with water views

Unwind in this stunning coastal bayside home. With fresh interiors and breathtakingly beautiful water views, this bayside house can accommodate 6 guests and is an ideal place to unwind with friends or to come together for that perfect family vacation. Enjoy the wild life, water views, sunsets and sun rises from the outdoor area only a couple of meters away from the water's edge.

It is perfect for families with a number of versatile living and entertainment spaces for all.

*** There is an option to rent the neighbouring property that can sleep up to 4 guests. This is a great option for larger groups who would like to stay close together. The main house has three internal bedrooms and can sleep up to six people.

Main Bedroom:
The main bedroom is spacious with a King size bed and built in cupboard. There is a camping cot and a feeding chair in the cupboard for your convenience if travelling with a baby.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has bunker beds and can sleep three (double bed at the bottom and single bed on top).

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom has a queen bed and open storage with shelves and hanging space.

** Please note, due to water and sewerage restrictions, the house cannot accommodate more than 6 guests at a time.

Bathroom and laundry facilities:
There is a fully functional main bathroom with bath and shower combo. There is second toilet and basin near the main bedroom. Please note due to limited rainwater supply in the area, laundry facilitiesare only available in town at the Laundromat in Tea Gardens (18min drive away).

Kitchen/Living/Dining:
The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances and utensils required to make your favourite meal. The internal dining table can extend to seat up to eight people. A lovely fireplace creates a cosy warm atmosphere in winter. There is an outdoor dining table on the back verandah with seating.

There is a TV with dvd player and a selection of DVDs in the living room (there is no regular tv channels available). Guests can however connect the TV inside the main house to their own wifi via hotspot on their mobile devices for access to apple tv or other applications such as Netflix on the tv (please note, there is no wifi inside the main house - only in the Games Room).

The far right kitchen cupboards have a large selections of dvds, books or games to play for endless hours of entertainment.

Games Room (i.e. External Rumpus / Entertainment Room):
The games room (i.e. converted garage in the back yard) is a perfect place for entertaining and boasts a large 75 inch smart TV with access to a variety of apps for endless entertainment streamed through the free wifi provided.
The large glass windows in the games room display breathtakingly beautiful views of the bay. When you open up the windows and doors, you will be met with a lovely fresh sea breeze. There is also a dining table with six chairs, however can seat eight or more if the other dining stools inside the house are also used.

**Please note, only one initial set of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos, conditioner, hand soap, washing detergent etc) will be provided for each booking, however will not be replenished throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

** Fresh linen, bedding and pillows are provided for all beds.

EXCLUDED - Towels are not included. Guests should bring their own bath and swim towels.

GUESTSL ACCESS

Guests have full access to the grass areas directly in front and at the back of the property. Perfect for some backyard cricket!

The property is a few meters away from the shore where you can access the bay via the public access area at the end of the street a few meters away. Feel free to swim in the bay area, however please refrain from going onto neighbouring lawns or beaches in front of neighbouring properties. The bay is shallow during low tide and doesn't have strong currents, therefore it is perfect for old and young to enjoy!

Guests can park out the front of the property just off the road. Please see site map in the guest book for more details.

Interaction with guests:

I am more than happy to help make your stay an enjoyable one and pass on invaluable local knowledge about our lovely bay, beaches and surroundings. I am only a phone call or sms away so feel free to contact me if the need arises. Emergency contact numbers will be provided in the Guest book/ House manual in case of an emergency. Rest assured, you are in good hands and any issues or concerns will be dealt with swiftly.

Other details to note:

You will need to have a car to get around as there are no shops in Pindimar. There is a grocery store (Coles) 15min drive away in Tea Gardens and other restaurants and shops within 18min drive.

Beautiful beaches with waves and surf are also within 15 min drive from the cottage in Hawks Nest.
You can also take the Tea Gardens ferry to Nelsons Bay for a lovely day trip.

Lovely nature walks are all around the area. The board walk takes you to South Pindimar and is a beautiful stroll to explore wildlife and find hidden beaches.

PLEASE MINIMISE NOISE AFTER 10PM
The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to neighbours on either side. Parties are not allowed, also please be respectful and minimise noise between 10pm and 7am.
