Bright and Comfy , Brand New Lower Level Walkout

Whether you are hitting the slopes at Castle Mountain Ski Resort, hiking in Waterton National Park, fishing the world-class rivers and streams in the area or wanting a quiet getaway from the big city, this beautiful property in a quiet cul-de-sac is the home away from home you need. Steps away from the best playground in town, this property is everything you are looking for.

Brand new 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom 1200 sq.ft main floor suite has lots of space for you and your family.
If you are cooking in the kitchen or playing games in the living room, the open concept feel means you won't miss out on any of the action.
The main living area is warm and inviting thanks to the many windows in the main room. High end top down light filtering blinds allow natural light to come in but offer you the privacy you want. There are many fine furnishings in the main living area including custom cabinets, modern lighting and premium flooring. After a hard day of adventuring, feel free to read a book on the private deck or watch TV on our 50” Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, SportsnetNOW+ and Amazon Prime.

Our fresh modern and sophisticated kitchen boasts a stainless fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large window for lots of natural light, granite countertops with a peninsula eating bar and all of the amenities. Whether you love to cook or just want to toss in a frozen pizza, this kitchen has everything you need. We have it well stocked with everything we thought you might need from pots and pans, a toaster, electric kettle and even kids plates, bowls and cups. Because we love coffee, we have supplied you with all of the K-cups you can drink.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed with the finest linens and the most comfortable memory foam mattress you have ever laid on. This bedroom is tastefully decorated with ample space to relax and the blackout blinds give you the privacy you want. The big ensuite bathroom features 2 sinks and an oversized custom tile walk in shower with body spray and a 12” luxury rainhead.

The smaller, but no-less luxurious bedroom has a queen bed with a fantastic memory foam mattress, quality linens and of course blackout blinds to ensure your sleep is uninterrupted. There is a large closet for all of your luggage to stay organized and out of the way.

Traveling with kids can be tough. Don’t worry we have kids too. We know that it can be a challenge to fit all of their things into your vehicle. Well, leave the high chair and playpen at home and let us provide them for you. We also have provided a baby gate to make sure your kids are safe on the stairs.


The main bathroom has lots of natural light, a tub shower and nice finishings. There is a full stacking laundry pair complete with an iron and ironing board. We will make sure you look and feel your best for any occasion.

Outdoor Living
The suite has a brand new east facing deck that is great for those early risers that like to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and catching the colours of the beautiful Southern Alberta sunrises as they crest the hills east of town and illuminate the many wind turbines that are famous in the area. The deck is both private and sheltered from the wind and late afternoon sun and a great space for relaxing in the long summer evenings. The house is just a few steps away from the best park in town equipped with a great playground, full soccer field, baseball diamond, frisbee disc baskets, running track and outdoor fitness equipment to get up on your fitness

Beautiful place near Waterton Park

Super apparemment tout équipé vous ne manquerez de rien. BBQ fonctionnel et propre ce qui est rare pour les locations touristiques. Un des appartements touristiques les plus propres dans lequel nous sommes restés!

Great jump off spot for outdoor activities

Great central location for skiing at Castle, hiking and visiting Waterton National Park. The property was very clean and spacious. The surrounding property and community was very nice. We liked Joe’s Gym just down the road. Although I became a little concerned when I hadn’t received access instructions for the next day, I was eventually able to liaise with the host to obtain. Otherwise, communication was clear and easy. We would stay here again when we return to the area.

Beautiful home in quaint town

The basement walkout property was remodeled and offered all amenities. The property is located on a quiet street where deer could be seen grazing. The Waterton National Park pass was much appreciated as we used it each day we were there.

Waterton Park Visit

Perfect accommodations for sightseeing/hiking trip to Waterton Park. We so appreciated being able to go to this well-furnished home after a long hot day of hiking. We had plenty of hot water for all 3 of us to take refreshing showers and then we got some welcome sleep in the comfortable beds!

Great little spot

Waterton Weekend

We stayed with our friends and toured Waterton. This was a great place to come and go from. As an added bonus there was a park pass available for us to use!! We had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet and had lots of space. The rooms were bright and very welcoming!

Awesome Property

Communication with host was good and the property was amazing. My friends/family & I were going to Waterton for the weekend and Pincher Creek was the closest town. We felt safe and the space was plenty enough for 5 people including a toddler. Host was even thoughtful enough to provide us with a park pass. Amazing host and would book again! We even saw deers in the backyard!

Highly recommend this property. The complimentary pass to Waterton Lakes Park was an unexpected appreciated perk as we were there to do the Crypt Lake Trail Hike. Kitchen looked to be very well stocked but we did not have need for it due to eating out. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Father - Son getaway

Came up from Montana to ski a few days with my 14 yr old. We had a big time. The place was great, no problems and the owner responsive. Discovered the hot tub at the swim center, which was really nice after skiing.

A Stylish Stay

What a delight to walk in to this suite - so immaculate, bright and stylish. We found everything we needed (and more). The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, the movie theatre - and as I broke my arm our last day of skiing at Castle Mountain- we were glad to be so close to the hospital.
