Very pleased with such a liw cost to have a safe, clean hotel with friendly staff. The kids loved theindoor pool and lazy river, and outside pool. Loved that they stayed open late so we could ise them after coming home for the night. Will definitely stay here again. Good value!

The hotel was dated and we were on the 5th floor there was remodeling in progress that has not been completed so you can tell the halls were under construction the rooms were clean shower was ok water would not turn all the way off but it didn’t keep us up staff was the best part they were so friendly and helpful. Pools were ok indoor pool smelled like bleach and the water was murky the lazy river was warm and clear the hot tub was cold one night and hot the next 2 nights but the jets would not work the elevator to go to the pool was out so you had to go down stairs from the first floor to get to the indoor pool. We did enjoy our stay just some cosmetic stuff that could do with an upgrade

Pros: Clean Enough No bugs Welcomed my Medical Service Dog Good Buffet breakfast from the looks of it - after barely any left. Nice Staff Negatives: Florescent Light Strips in Hallways, which can be troublesome for some of us, disabled guests. If you want breakfast, get there extra early to get some food and to avoid a big mess. I felt sorry for the staff. The elevator down to the basement for the indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub was out of order, so one has to drive around and down or take 2.5/3 small flights of stairs (5 or 6 steps before platform). One of the steps to the indoor pool needs work from a big broken spot. The one night, my service dog and I went to check on the pools, the indoor pool section floor had a good inch or two of water all over it and no heat. There was one window open. 😎

Everything was nice for the price we paid other than the fact that the “lazy river” did not have the floats as shown in the pictures. Would’ve just been nice to know to bring your own before hand.

The outside and lobby look a little run down. The room was nice and clean though. It’s definitely an older hotel but the location is amazing! Also the amount of pools is great! There’s an indoor lazy river, pool, and jacuzzi. There’s also a pool outside. My girls absolutely loved it! It’s not fancy but it’s nice, comfortable, and they were welcoming. I’d stay again!

There were several areas that could be improved during our stay: -The room door was swollen and very difficult to open or close—we had to use our body weight to push it open and slam it shut. -Breakfast was consistently out of food whenever we arrived, and we waited over 30 minutes each time for anything to be replenished. -The sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept popping off throughout the night. -We found trash from the previous guest still on the floor when we arrived, which made the room feel unclean. -The sink water was dangerously hot, even when not turned to the hottest setting. It created a lot of steam and even burned our hands. -The shower temperature and water pressure were inconsistent—scalding in the morning (even on the lowest setting), and lukewarm with very low pressure in the afternoon. -The hot tub jets were not working, and both the pool and hot tub areas were in poor condition, with chipped surfaces and visible trash. -The elevator near our room was out of service, which meant a long walk to the only working elevator. Overall, we were disappointed by the maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the property. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve guest comfort and satisfaction.

This is not a handicapped accessible hotel anywhere except maybe the room specified handicapped! Pool needs alot of repairs and is not easy access for a person with mobility issues to enter or exit. Laundry room wasn't greatest condition but washers and dryers were newer and worked good. Internet is spotty and so is cable or satellite tv. We were disappointed room was not anything in person like it showed on website. However staff was friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our vacation.

The staff was friendly. However, housekeeping did not come to replace towels or toilet paper. We had to go to front desk. I was not a fan of that. We stayed from 7/4/25 thru 7/11/25. Housekeeping didn't start providing clean towels to our room until Wednesday 7/9/25.

I liked the idea of the indoor lazy river when i booked. It was fun. The surface of the indoor pool is peeling up, timer for the spa didn't work & pool was very warm. I was told that it was incredibly hot (like a spa) the day before. The game room was fun for kids, though prices per game are not posted and 1 game didn't work. I was told the hotel didn't own the games, so a refund was not possible. Used the guest dryers to dry swimsuits. Worked well, only $2. I'm not sure if there was soap if you needed to do laundry. I didn't see a box. The coin changer is in the game room. We did not try the breakfast. It ended at 9am. Just across the street is a great breakfast buffet (15%ol off coupon in one of the local books). The room was VERY unclean. I could feel the layer of filth on the tile, and used a hand towel to clean it myself. The sink area had dirt on the backsplash. The top sheet had a sticky grey substance that soaked through and made it stick to the comforter underneath. The beds are made with a fitted sheet under; on top there is a flat sheet, a blanket or comforter insert, then another top sheet. I was traveling with a 5 year old and arrived late. I'm sure the staff, who was helpful, would have given another room, not sure if it's clean. However, it was too late at night to pack back up, go to the front desk and move. So, I cleaned it myself, changed the blankets around, and made do. The staff said they were remodeling. Hope it's better in the future. Wouldn't recommend
This is the towel I used to clean the floor. Photo taken day of checkout as it was night when cleaned. Adding this note bcuz the employee looked at the photo time stamp when I showed him. Didn't ask for any compensation, etc, just FYI to them

Sumit was very helpful when I told him I was going to be a late arrival. Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not what is showed in the pictures. Under construction - I got pass that, mattress HORRIBLE - so broken down that we sank to the floor. Found roaches after 1 night & they don't want to refund the rest of the hotel costs even after leaving after 1 night. They gave a small partial refund...I should get everything but the 1 night. I'm fighting this now.

This hotel was a little lower than average. Not bad for yhe price. The room had a weird smell and the barhroom door had been scratched very badly by an animal from a previous customer's stay. The lazy river was nice, but there were no floats for it. Other than that, the pool, hot tub and lazy river was nice ajd relaxing. There were no towels stocked at the pool and i had to request some from the lobby. The elevator was weird and would either not go up or would stop on random floors. I like the hotel despite its issues. They are in the middle of renovating. i believe the owners have probably recently taken it over and are trying to make improvements.

After going to our room 624 we immediately noticed a very strong musty odor, something like you would find in an old basement. The carpet was dirty, the toilet moved back-and-forth and lost water while doing so however, I imagine the water went to the room below. The beds felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls and springs, the mattress which I guess I’ll call it that more resembled something from the 19th century. The rubber bumpers to protect the walls was coming off, the carpet was dirty, the windows and doors were rusty, the room was hot, (ac worked but not well) and there appeared to be blood on the chair in the room. The swimming pool area had no ventilation and reeked of chlorine. None of the ice machines worked and the only elevator that worked was the central elevator. They have signs up that says please excuse my mess and or noise, It’s under construction yet I don’t believe them. I believe they have their family members doing some work but not a lot. The whole place was dirty and full of bugs also. If you were thinking about staying here don’t. We checked in and checked right back out. The worst part is the good reviews are most likely done by family members because nobody in their right mind would leave a good review. Whoever runs this hotel is a slumlord. You’d be better off staying at the travelers Lodge or red roof end. If you go here run away don’t walk away. Good luck getting your money back, the people that run this place are crooks. DON’ T STAY HERE.
