Located just 9 minutes from Dollywood, Dolly Parton's Stampede, and the heart of Pigeon Forge, this cozy cabin features a King-size bed in a newly renovated bedroom, a private hot tub on the deck, cozy indoor fireplace, fully stocked chef's kitchen, and easy flat-road access — no steep mountain driveways.

Other things to know:

✔ We are pet Friendly. After every pet stay we do a thorough deep clean. 2 pets maximum. $99 per stay per pet. Airbnb will only automatically charge one pet. The host will add back $99 if you will be bringing more than one pet. Please reach out to us if you'd like to bring more than two.

✔ There is an outdoor camera towards the driveway for your safety.

🌊 Our PRIVATE river access is just across the street. Please look both ways before crossing — the road has limited traffic but caution is always wise. Children should be supervised at the river at all times.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract animals.

⚠️ No unauthorized fires (including candles), No smoking inside the cabin, No parties. Please help us build a respectful community.

✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your travel insurance.

✔ Cleanliness is our highest priority — we contract with the most reputable cleaning company to make sure the cabin is clean before your stay.

✔ AWD is not required — the road to the cabin is fully flat and easy to access, except in rare snow conditions.

The Little Pigeon River is a natural waterway. Water conditions — including current strength, water depth, clarity, water temperature, and water level — can change rapidly, especially after rain, storms, or seasonal runoff.

Guests who enter, wade, swim in, fish in, or otherwise access the river do so entirely at their own risk. The Vacation Space, its owners, hosts, and affiliates assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, drowning, illness, or loss of property occurring at or near the river.

No lifeguard or supervision is provided. Use of the river access is voluntary and unsupervised.

For your safety, we strongly advise:
🚫 Never swim alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
🚫 Do not dive — water depth varies and changes with conditions
👀 Supervise children at all times — never leave them unattended near water
🪨 Be cautious of slippery rocks, steep riverbanks, and uneven terrain
🌧️ Avoid the river during or after heavy rain (flash flooding is possible)
🌊 Check current river conditions before entering
👟 Water shoes are recommended
🛟 No life jackets or flotation devices are provided — guests should bring their own
