« Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). « We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. The location was great - very close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, and easy to get to Smoky Mtn NP. The cabin was well-equipped for the 6 of us (kids, parents, grandparents, and dog!). The owner was very responsive to questions. Loved the little well-stocked store at the bottom of the hill! Keep your garbage in the correct bins as advised - we saw a bear one evening behind the cabins across from this location! »

« The rental was only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge (15 from Gatlinburg) but the road is risky. The driveway is on a sharp curve. When dry the yard is nice for kids or pets to run around but when wet you kind of sink in (which of course I know isn’t their fault). « The property is very clean in and out. The neighborhood is cute and very quiet. Not too far from Gatlinburg and all the activities we had planned. It’s a 3min drive from the cottage to the main strip and 4min away from Ma’s restaurant which was delicious and affordable for breakfast and dinner. « Overall stay was good. Location is good and place was clean. Host was quick to respond with messages. A few things:1. You have to use a secondary portal for Checkin and things, not a fan. 2. There was no broom to sweep with. 3. The place only has one mini split so keeping the den, bathroom, downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft comfortable was difficult. 4. If you sleep upstairs please note headlights will come through the windows5. Also if you sleep upstairs there is no way to block the windows...
