This stunning home offers five luxurious bedrooms, each with its own private full-sized bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for all guests. Bedroom 1, Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, and Bedroom 5 feature plush king beds and flat-screen TVs, creating the perfect sanctuary for relaxation. Bedroom 2, thoughtfully designed with families in mind, includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, along with its own TV and bathroom, making it ideal for children or group stays. For additional guests, the living room is equipped with two sofa beds, providing extra space to unwind. Whether you're retreating to your private room or gathering in the spacious common areas, this home seamlessly blends comfort, style, and ample space for a truly unforgettable stay.

THEATER ROOM AND GAME ROOM
Experience endless entertainment in our vibrant theater and game room! The space is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a classic arcade machine that offers a nostalgic gaming experience. Challenge your friends to a round of tic-tac-toe or connect four on the wall-mounted boards, or test your skills with the baseball pitch game. The room is perfect for both kids and adults, ensuring everyone has a great time. After a day of adventures, gather around for a movie on the big screen, sink into comfortable seating, and enjoy the ultimate home theater experience. OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside and breathe in the fresh mountain air on our expansive, 2-level deck, designed for relaxation and socializing. Equipped with ample seating, including a row of charming rocking chairs, this space is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine as you take in the breathtaking views of the mountains behind. The upper level provides a shaded area for lounging and soaking up the scenery, while the lower level offers exclusive access to your private hot tub. Whether you're watching the sunrise over the mountains or stargazing at night, this outdoor oasis is the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature.

ENTERTAINMENT
This cabin boasts 7 HDTVs. Each bedroom has a 33” TV, the living room has a 55” TV and the lower level has a 75” TV. These TVs are equipped with Roku and with various streaming apps that will provide you with access to all your favorite movies, TV shows, and other content. Please use your personal streaming account during your stay and remember to log off before checking out.
The lower level of the cabin is equipped with an arcade, a pool table, several wall mounted games (tic-tac-toe, connect 4, and chess).

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your dogs, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
The cabin offers ample parking options for guests. The driveway in front of the cabin can accommodate 2-3 vehicles and is shared with the adjacent cabin. Additional parking is available beside the cabin, fitting 2-3 more vehicles. There's also a large parking area behind the cabin that can hold several cars or even a trailer.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
For a secure booking experience, our payment policy requires the cardholder to match the person making the reservation. If the cardholder is different, no worries—we’ll just ask for a quick verification, including signing a Credit Card Authorization Agreement and submitting an ID and selfie for confirmation. All guests must also sign a rental agreement through our secure guest portal to access the property guidebook and other helpful info. These simple steps help us keep your stay safe and seamless.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
