Set beside a gently flowing river, the property features a large, flat yard and is within walking distance to the Parkway and seasonal trolley route—making it easy to explore without the hassle of mountain roads.
Designed with connection in mind, Mountain Stream sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families and groups looking to spend quality time together while enjoying everything the Smokies have to offer.
Inside, you’ll find an inviting living room centered around a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace with a mantle. Gather together for a family movie night on the SmartTV, enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout the home, or challenge each other to a little friendly competition on one of the classic video arcade games—creating moments everyone will remember.
The fully equipped walk-through kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and a functional layout that flows into the dining area. The dining table sits beside a large picture window overlooking the river, creating a peaceful setting for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations while you watch the water flow by and spot the occasional duck or goose passing by!

Living Room:
The living room offers a welcoming space to relax and gather, featuring two comfortable sofas arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace that adds a warm touch on cooler evenings. A ceiling fan helps keep the space comfortable year-round, while the open layout provides a clear view through to the kitchen—perfect for staying connected while cooking or spending time together. Off in the corner of the living room area, you’ll find two arcade games for a little added fun and friendly competition. Enjoy your favorite shows or stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the home, making this space ideal for both relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring.

Kitchen / Dining Room:
The kitchen and dining area offer an open, functional space designed for gathering and everyday convenience. The fully equipped walk-through kitchen features plenty of cabinets for storage, along with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and a standard coffee maker—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Just beyond, the dining area includes a main table that seats six, perfectly positioned in front of a large window where you can enjoy views of the water and the occasional passing wildlife. An additional table for two provides extra seating, making it easy to spread out for meals, morning coffee, or casual conversation.
Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room, conveniently located just off the kitchen, offers a large, dedicated space designed for convenience during your stay. It features a full-size washer and dryer, along with shelving and plenty of room for storing luggage and extra belongings while not in use—making it easy to keep everything organized throughout your visit.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful riverside setting, where the outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and gathering. A patio table that seats three offers the perfect spot for outdoor meals or morning coffee, while the hot tub is tucked under a covered pergola-style gazebo for added comfort. Down by the river, Adirondack chairs provide a front-row seat to the calming sounds of the water and the chance to spot occasional wildlife. The property also features large, flat front and side yards, giving plenty of room to spread out, play, or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Location / Roads / Parking:
The location offers easy, convenient access with no steep or difficult mountain roads, making travel simple for most vehicles year-round. Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with additional space on the gravel drive for one trailer. The property is also motorcycle friendly, providing easy in-and-out access. For added convenience, you can walk to the nearby seasonal trolley stop, giving you access to public transportation throughout Pigeon Forge and making it easy to explore the area without driving.
You’ll also be in a great central spot—approximately 10 minutes from Gatlinburg, less than two miles from both Publix and Kroger for groceries, and just minutes from Dollar General for quick and convenient essentials.


Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
