« Location is convenient to gas, mall, restaurant & hotels. You get what you pay for.
Advertising is misleading. Gallery shows rooms come with kitchen cookware. They don't.
Ran out of toilet paper & stopped by the desk 3 different times & spoke to 3 different associates to only found out housekeeping is designated on a different day per floor.
The 3rd floor is cleaned on Wednesday & I ran out of toilet paper on Sunday. I was advised to buy my own toilet paper until its provided on the...

« We learned what “extended stay” means. No coffee no hand towels, no shampoo, cond. only one bar of soap. A sink and a hob, but no dishes or pots/pans. No food or refreshments in the lobby at all. Not even a continental brkfst. No automatic doors either, better keep one hand free carrying your luggage. »

« Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns. »
