- NOTE: Do not remove the pool hose and vacuum. This will negatively impact the temperature and cleanliness of the pool. Do not touch any of the pool equipment behind the pool. It is controlled remotely and is monitored by camera. If you need assistance with temperature, waterfall, or lighting please contact us. Any tampering with either the pool vacuum or equipment that results in damage or maintenance calls to the pool company will be charged to you.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
- NOTE: There is also a ring camera on front and the side of the home monitoring the parking area and driveway.
- NOTE: Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 10:00 pm. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of our neighbors.

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.

NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***

POOL HEATING: Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure the cover stays on the pool.

POOL HEATING COST: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 48hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Requests inside 48 hours or at arrival need to be aware that the pool can take between 10-16 hours to fully heat depending on weather and ambient temperature. How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.
