The master bedroom includes a king bed, a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out underneath, an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, creating a private sanctuary. The second bedroom and third bedroom are furnished with one king bed per room, with one of the rooms having a smart TV. The fourth bedroom is the bunk room right off the main living area, which features a full-over-full bunkbed. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway, that can be shared by the two guest bedrooms and the bunk room. There is also a half bathroom located off of the kitchen.
Outdoor & Entertainment:
One of the highlights of this property is the backyard oasis, coming with a private pool, outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, fire pit surrounded by a sectional couch and mounted smart TV, and four pool loungers. This backyard is the perfect size to have small get togethers and enjoy the sunny Arizona weather.
Parking:
This property offers two "driveways" that can both hold one car, as well as free parking on the street. There is no garage parking at this property. Please note, due to City Ordinances, parking is typically limited to a maximum of 5-6 vehicles.
