The home is entirely single level with no steps at the front entrance or throughout the interior. A paved, lighted pathway leads from the driveway to the front door. The primary bathroom has a step-free shower, and the pool has a handrail for easier entry.

Guests have access to a 2-car garage plus driveway parking for up to 3 additional vehicles. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
