• PRIVACY: no cameras of any kind, inside or out. Outdoor noise-decibel monitors only (they measure volume, never record) — quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM per Scottsdale ordinance.
• GUESTS: everyone staying or visiting must be on the reservation (max 12, Scottsdale STR rules).
