Make yourself at home in this idyllic lakeside retreat. Situated in The McCormick Scottsdale -- a designer complex set on the shores of Camelback Lake -- this top-floor unit (no elevator) pairs Southwestern charm with lovely views. After a day of exploring, unwind on the balcony or cozy up inside by the fireplace.

Kick back on the sectional in the sunlit living room -- watch a movie on the smart TV while you bask in the glow of the gas fireplace. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. Three can perch at the kitchen bar, while the adjacent dining table seats six.

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, outfitted with a king bed, a TV, two desks, and a private balcony with seating for two and lake views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom provides a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The decor was nice, bathrooms very modern. condo was very clean upon check in. Spacious, bright and airy. Anything you could need in the fully equipped kitchen. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was the master bedroom bed was so unbelievably hard and matress/box spring creaked at every turn. It was terrible. Other reviews said the same and honestly, we would want to rent this condo again but we will not because of the bed.

Nice location in Scottsdale! Condo was very well equipped and furnished. The owner did a good job of having household kitchen and cleaning supplies for use. Good amenities like biking, gym and lovely pool at hotel. Ample seating for our group of six for gathering and eating. However, loud music from the Tennis Club next door was a nuisance both at night and during the day. Also, loud music from a party at the hotel on Saturday night until midnight was a hardship as we had a 6am flight the next morning and got very little sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard and was the most negative situation of our trip. And the other bedroom's mattresses were not much better. If a good night's sleep is important, then I would look at other properties. This would have been a 5 star review but we could not get past the uncomfortable mattresses.

This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are very nice and they have 2 courts that are outfitted for playing Pickleball.

The condo was very clean and had every single thing we could possibly need. The pool was big and beautiful, and access to the lake (fishing, paddle boards, and canoes) made it extra special. Tennis courts are also on site. Just an fyi, the gym was ok for cardio but not good at all if you want to lift weights.

The condo had three bedrooms, including one with a full size double bunk bed that the grand kids loved! The facility also had a heated outdoor pool and adjacent lake with paddle boats and kayaks. The condo was located within a short drive to parks, playgrounds, an aquarium and the Arizona Boardwalk, which had numerous museums and exhibits.

It is always nice to get exactly what is advertised, and that is the case here. The home is well equipped, very comfortable, and well located. Our four nights. Stay was much more enjoyable, being in this nice home rather than a hotel room.

We arrived in the evening. The condo was 85 degrees. We turned the AC down to the temperature suggested on the rental instructions and the temperature went up. We contacted the property manager several times each day of our stay. The AC was not fixed before our departure.

Very nice stay at a terrific villa in McCormick Ranch. All amenities as described. Ideal location for Scottsdale/Phoenix family excursions. Use of hotel pool, exercise room, lake boating and bikes a plus. Highly recommend this property!

First impressions were very unfavorable and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Problems: The coffee carafe missing and the warning plate was burned and wrinkle. The second bathroom sink drains slowly. Dresser drawers are in the closets. Hanging clothes in the closet causes them to drape over the dresser. Just to much owner stuff in the place. Loose entry door latch screws so sometimes the front door wouls not close Toilet did not turn off. Living room shades did not work due to dead batteries. Hot water was not working one day The soap door on the dishwasher will not close and the refrigerator water filter needs replacement. Wifi was not reliable. Two wifi boxes were plugged in and I had to move the functioning unit to the front room to obtain a good signal. It was clear maintenance is done only when the renter calls Vacasa. The floors and baseboards are dirty. There was excessive dust as well. There are mice droppings at the foot of the stairwell in the exterior entryway. The VBRO photos are over exposed giving the condo a much lighter appearance. It is dark inside as the are no windows with asouthern exposure. Auto traffic noise is noticeable as is noise from the Seth Korey Tennis Academy. What’s good about The Shores? Well I had a comprehensive review but reviews are limited to 1500 characters so the small bit got dropped.

The condo worked perfectly for a long weekend visit to see family nearby - the beds and baths were spotless and comfortable, the open kitchen, dining, and living rooms were attractive and convenient. Hope to stay here again!

Very clean, updated condo in beautiful location with access to all the amenities at The McCormack - tennis, bikes, kayaks, pool, etc. Master room separated from the other 2 bedrooms, with a large kitchen/dining area and 2 balconies with great views. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this again!
