LIVING AREA
The stunning living room is the perfect place to unwind and features tall pivot doors that pour abundant natural light onto the gorgeous roman clay walls. The pivot doors open up to allow for indoor/outdoor living. Watch your favorite teams play on the 75 inch frame TV while cooking up one of your favorite meals.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped for a discerning chef and is complete with excellent stainless steel appliances, gas range and professionally organized for your convenience . Dine-in seating for five is available on the kitchen island. The formal dining area is an extension of the living room and seats eight.

BED AND BATH
Three of the suites offer king beds and en-suite baths so no one will have to compromise on comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a beautiful glass pivot door that goes out to the backyard and the surrounding lush foliage. The primary bathroom is adorned with Tadelakt plaster walls and a large custom concrete vanity. Unwind in the large soaking tub with a candle and a book, or enjoy the walk-in rain shower.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The stunning interior is rivaled only by the gorgeous outdoor space. The large diving pool will perfectly complement Arizona's sunny weather. The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee upon request. There is ample room to cook on the custom stone BBQ, eat a family meal under the pendant lit stone pergola, sunbathe, or simply take in Arizona's beautiful landscape. As the sun sets, unwind at the sunken fire pit in one of the cozy linen loungers under the large olive tree.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
- The front exterior of this home is monitored by security cameras

No Pets Allowed
Electric: Pool heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily.
If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st - May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the side gate, above the garage and at the front door.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
