This unique and peaceful compound could be yours for you and your entire group. This space includes 3 full studio apartments and a one bedroom apartment. It can sleep a total of 19 people. However it is most comfortable with only up to 10 people.While considering this property, 2 things must be done. 1. Confirm the availability with me. 2. Confirm the pricing. It might be posted higher than what it actually is. I combine all listed prices and apply a 20% discount when booking the entire compound

This space includes all 4 of my listings that are located on the same property. Traveling in a large group for a get-together or a work event? Want to all be at the same place but in your own space? This compound is for you then. It is completely walled off, secured, and protected by highly trained security ducks that received their training from a turtle (actually, he is a desert tortoise, but don't bring that up to him. It is a sensitive subject). Each of the 3 studios is 400 sq ft, has a queen bed, a futon, a full kitchen, and its own bathroom. The one bedroom is 900 sq ft, has a king bed, a queen folding bed, a large comfy couch, a large bathroom, and very modern updates. There is a gazebo with a fireplace to enjoy socializing and much more. I can help supply these places with your choice of drinks and snacks. Please work details out with me ahead of time for your arrival. There is an outside laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. There is also an outside shower with hot / cold water. Currently, it is a pet bath area only. All units have dedicated wifi and streaming services on the tv. It is best to try and reserve this space about 2 months ahead of time for optimal chance at availability. Smoking is only allowed outside. $250 fee for each unit this is violated in.
