Guests have access to the entire house, private tennis court, pool, mini golf and all the amenities inside and outside the house.

Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.

This is Not a party place, not an ideal place for Bachelorette or Bachelor parties.

Quiet hours are 9:30 PM-7:30 AM daily.

Lights for the tennis court are not operational at night.

However, you can play until 9:30 PM if there is natural light

Noise monitors are placed in the backyard to ensure noise level adheres to City of Scottsdale limit.

With 3,400 SQFT of space, this property offers a spacious and comfortable environment for a family of six adults and their children.

City of Scottsdale & Scottsdale Police Department can enforce noise complaint ordinances with fines up to $10,000 per violation and guests can be removed from the property without any refund.
