"The Orchid at Westgate" Beautifully renovated and decorated for those with the most selective of tastes. A short walk away from the Westgate Entertainment District, this home is perfect for sports enthusiasts, concert goers, and those who love a variety of dining options. Enjoy world class golf, do a little shopping, or try your luck at the casino, this home is close to it all. Take the kids to the pool, or just hang out on the private patio and grill burgers for the family, we've got you covered. Stainless steel appliances and a full size kitchen make this home feel like home. With highspeed internet included, you can stream your favorite shows on the 65 inch flat screen TV, or catch up on those business emails while relaxing on the comfy leather couch. And when it's time to rest, enjoy the comfort of our cooling gel, foam mattresses in all 3 bedrooms.
The Orchid is 1 mile from the 101 freeway and easily accessible. Only 25 miles from downtown Phoenix and Skyharbor airport.

Linen Fee - For your peace of mind, the Orchid is stocked with crisp white bed linens and towels. We ask that our guests use care with handling both the towels and the bed linens. We understand there may be the occasional accident with regular use, however excessive staining or damage to linens or towels can result in a linen fee of up to $150 per bed linen set, and $50 per set of towels.

Our host was very quick and efficient with responding to any questions or needs we had.The house was stocked with whatever we needed. Appreciate the 8 water bottles in the fridge. It was very helpful since we weren't able to pick some up on our first day. Also appreciate that snacks were provided and the kitchen had all the necessary pots and pans needed.The house was very clean and the beds comfortable.

Perfect house. Great location!

The House was perfect for our group of girls traveling from Seattle to the Seahawks game at State Farm Stadium. The location is just a short uber away from Westgate Center where the Sat nite Seahawks rally was held and easy to get to the stadium the next day. Very close to the Casino and the outlets. The house itself is set up very convenient and the living room kitchen area is Huge! It was stocked with everything we would need and was very clean, cozy and in a safe area. If you need to go to a concert or game this is the spot to stay!

A great stay.

We had a great time going to the races. The home is centrally located in an area close to everything. Comfortable and well furnished. The only drawback was we were unable to turn the a/c off. Consequently my wife was cold all the time. We needed a few blankets for warmth and we couldn’t find them. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The best and the best and so much more!

This was a perfect stay—the rooms, the separate bathrooms, the kitchen, the garage—everything was spelled out and easy to access. The house was easy to find and a great stay. We wished we could have stayed in the house longer, but we were traveling all over to family and places. The hosts were great—everything was perfect. We would stay here again if we travel this way again!

Felt like home

Aaron and Pam’s place is truly a home away from home experience. It is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with our hosts was easy, as was the check in and check out process. We also love that it’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Aaron and Pam were amazing host! This was our first Vrbo home experience and they topped our expectations! They were easy to contact when needed and their home was beyond beautiful and homey! Loved this house!!

We stayed at this house for a week while moving my daughter in to college. It was perfect for us. The house is very clean and decorated so nice. It felt really cozy. The gated community made it feel very safe. The owners have really thought of everything. (Even down to an extra toothbrush in the master bathroom) I had a question about the AC setting and they got back to me right away. Also, contacted them a couple times during the week and they were very responsive and friendly. If you want a nice, comfortable house near Westgate, this is perfect!!

Arizona Travel

The house was perfect for our family to find as central base for our travels through Arizona. We packed as much as we could in the five days we were there. The rental was a great place to have after running around all day every day. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! The air conditioning worked great and the added touches all over the place were over and above. They even had snacks for us when we got there. I would absolutely stay here again and have already shared this location with friends. It’s in a gated community and we felt safe.

Spring Training Steal

So clean, so cozy, so close to everything! We loved our stay and especially enjoyed the added touches of a tray of snacks upon arrival as well as travel sizes of toiletries in case yours run out mid-stay. Hosts were easy to contact and checked in to make sure all was going well. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit.

Spring Training

Thank you for nice stay in your cute and comfortable home! We had 4 adults staying. Was nice that they were flexible on number of days you had to stay. House was clean, pictues were spot on and they provided some snacks to get you started. Very nice gated community so we all felt safe. This was not really a problem, just an FYI, we had a big truck and it wouldn't fit in the garage. There are parking spots just a block away because you can't park on the street at night. Owners were very nice, helpful and were readily available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
