Easy to get to. Close to shopping and plenty of dining options. Room was comfortable. Friendly staff. Even the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would stay here again.

Bed sucks. It hurts my back. The king size bed in 203 has a heavy dent on side of the bed, like a heavy person slept there forever. Reported it to the front desk. Other than that, great experience with staff and overall stay.

Have stayed here 5 times over past 4 years when in Phoenix area and will continue to stay here in future when in town. Place is clean, staff are friendly, and there are countless food options that are easily walkable from property.

I had a really nice check in after a long day of driving. The host was very friendly and welcoming to the Phoenix area. The hotel is in a great location and our room is spacious, clean, and perfect for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back the next time we are in town.

Overall a decent place to stay, price a little higher due to spring training. The room was acceptable, except for the fowl smell coming from the sink. We had to close the drain and plug the overflow hole so that the smell didn’t come out. It wasn’t a big enough issue to move, since we were gone all day and only had to deal with it for 5/10 minutes in the morning. Other than that the hotel was fine for me and would plan another stay there. But next time I’m checking for possible drain issue right way.

Hotel is a little run down but staff are amazing
Don't expect this hotel to amaze you with anything in particular. The rooms are better than average, but just barely. The furniture is a little beat up and old judging by the 2 rooms I was in over a 9 day stay. The hotel is frankly due for a renovation if I'm being honest. That's all the bad. The good news is you can tell the GM or someone in charge knows what they're doing. The staff is refreshingly responsive with real customer service. The same staff came and went over 9 days and I learned they had all been there for some time. I get the sense the "boss" is a pro who can run a tight ship with good staff. Frankly, the service and attitudes overcame the shortfalls and the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location is fantastic and the hotel is off Bell Rd far enough to be quiet. I would stay there again. I travel a ton for work so I know hotels.

Nice Hotel, breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, cereal & sausage or bacon. Room was comfortable, had a couple tv’s. Shopping mall was across the parking lot & restaurants within walking distance. (5-10min walk)

My experience was okay, when I first arrived I immediately noticed the place was dirty. The couch had white stains, the bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair, the toilet had pee stains at the bottom, there was visible dust everywhere, and the outside of the microwave did not look like it was wiped. After realizing it was dirty I felt pretty uncomfortable. The place is small compared to other locations, they had only one main elevator which was an inconvenience. Lastly, it stated that there was a smart tv but all it had was Netflix and YouTube. Overall 3/5

Strange layout / housekeeping
The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. The layout in the lobby where the coffee was outside of the elevator was a little strange. The layout for the breakfast buffet area was strange as well. People kept getting clustered together and it was hard to move around. We came back to our room after being gone most of the day and the housekeeper had kept the latch open so they could come and go while cleaning the room. However when we got back the housekeeper was about 4 rooms down and they forgot to put the latch back so our room was cracked open for who knows how long. Another family we knew staying there noticed the same thing up on the 4th floor where they were staying.

I am so sorry about the door latch. It is defiantly not allowed for the staff to use the door latch's so we will have a meeting on this right away. As for the breakfast lay out we have the coffee station away from breakfast to avoid a crowd and to give the breakfast buffet area more room sorry you were unhappy with the lay out. We can't avoid congestion when people come down for breakfast at the same time. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

It was great! We had a good night sleep it was very quiet and the room was spacious, for a hotel that is saying something! The food was good in the morning too!

Great customer service
The stay was great, we checked in around 11:00pm and the front desk person was very helpful. We booked through hotels.com at the last minute and they booked us a room that wasn't available, but Springhill Suites was able to figure out a suitable room that was clean and stocked. Lesson learned, book directly when you're on the road looking for a place to stay at the last minute.

Great place to stay
We stayed before and everything was great, so we thought we would stay again. The location was good, right by the mall but quiet. Everything was good except the mini fridge was not working and I did not notice because I just put all of our drinks in it to keep them cold and did not bother with it until late at night when I got thirsty. Nothing was cold and so my husband had to go get some ice...but that did not keep the other drinks cold. We had planned to use those on the trip home. Disappointing...but that was the only problem, so I still give it high marks. If we stay again, that will be on my special requests to make sure everything is in working order.
