About our home:
Both upstairs and downstairs living rooms feature comfy sectionals, 75” smart tvs, and beautiful views of the desert and White Tank Mtn Range. With 5 bedrooms, there are ample sleeping arrangements in a downstairs master suite with king, and upstairs features 2 queens, a full and two twin sized beds. All beds have fresh clean linens provided.

Chef’s Kitchen is well appointed with all you will need to prepare gourmet meals, or simply serve up carry out. There’s a breakfast nook with a table for 8 within the kitchen area, as well as a large farmhouse table that seats 10 comfortably. In addition, there’s a couch-back table with bar stools for 4. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full sized extra food/beverage fridge.

Outdoors, enjoy a large heated pool with large rock waterfall perfect for the kids, or kids at heart, to jump off. (Heat optional upon advanced request). Challenge your skills on a tiered 3-hole putting green. And all the while, take in gorgeous unobstructed desert views, and sunsets while grilling or smoking dinner from the backyard. Backyard is also equipped with always-ready Alexa controlled stereo to provide your perfect playlist.

Park multiple vehicles off street in the oversized driveway, and enjoy the peace and quiet from no through traffic.
New roads in the area give quick access to two major highways, with access to all the major sports venues, entertainment districts and fine dining. Local shops and restaurants are an easy 5 minute drive. These include Super Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Fry’s Marketplace, Sprouts and ALDIs. Restaurants include everything from all your franchise favorites like Chick Fil A, McDonald’s, Chipotle and many national pizza joints, to a large variety of locally owned options to satisfy whatever your cravings desire.

Green belts and community parks are within easy walking distance. Nearby hiking trails offer a great way to enjoy the beauty of the desert. You can choose to gain a bit of elevation for expansive views of the city, and work up that appetite.
