-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Our pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable 85°F (29°C) from November through April at no additional cost to guests. Please note that the pool heater operates most efficiently when the outdoor temperature remains above 40°F (4°C). During especially cold days or nights, if the temperature dips below this threshold, the pool may not reach or maintain the full 85°F temperature despite the heater being on. We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking the local forecast to plan your swim times for the warmest parts of the day.
