You'll find 4 bedrooms throughout this home, each masterfully designed to match the bright & vibrant theme across the entire home. The largest bedroom has two queen beds, a smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, & direct access to the amazing backyard. Down the hall, the second bedroom has 3 full-over-full bunk beds (total of 6 full size beds). On the other end of the home are the two remaining bedrooms, with one queen bed in each.

There are three full bathrooms in this home. The private ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom with two queen beds has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. Down the hall, the second bathroom also has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. On the other end of the home, the third bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 12 people, + lots of room for outdoor dining!

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Perfectly fun

The outdoor renovations were why we stayed here and were everything we hoped for. POOL: Loved that the pool was quite deep (shallow end was appx. 4 feet). There is no shaded part of the pool so a functioning mobile umbrella would have been nice. The temp could have been cooler but it was a very hot week. It was clean and stayed clean. GRILL: worked great. easy to use. plenty of propane. ACTIVITIES: Basketball/pickle ball court in great shape and we used it daily. Height of the basketball hoop does not adjust. Disc golf had adequate space to play for the most part and plenty of discs. Bowling lane was a cute idea, but the pins were way too easy to knock down so it wasn't really worth actually playing. Mini golf was fun with at least 6 putters and plenty of balls. Some golf features (ramps and obstacles) would make it more entertaining. LIGHTING: the outdoor space had plenty of lighting for night-time entertainment. PATIO: It is enclosed, but the security gate is not secure whatsoever, so parents of small children beware. The patio wasn't the most welcoming or comfortable and we didn't spend much time either eating or hanging out there.INSIDE: Newer kitchen appliances and the craft ice ball maker was a nice touch. The décor was adorable and hipster-chic, but appeared to be a "DIY" reno. The couch blocks the entryway to the tv room and furniture in there needs reimagined/reconfigured. Beds comfy, plenty of pillows/blankets. Lacking convenient places to charge phones.

Family & Friends Vaca!

Amazing house! The backyard was truly fantastic. Location was close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. We loved having family dinner every night on the back porch, which had a huge amount of seating. The host replied quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend the property for your next get away!
