The kitchen is fully equipped, stocked, and upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a covered back patio with seating, swimming pool (heating optional w/ fee) and propane BBQ.

*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.

This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area. The home is 1660 square feet with vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available. There is no street parking allowed in the community.
SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #2with a Queen bed Living room with a Queen sofa bed
COMMON AREAS: Large kitchen and dining area all open to the main living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. **No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

POOL: HEATING OPTIONAL: The swimming pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($60/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.
PETS: Please let us know if you have pets as DOGS only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e., dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we can inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums and Phoenix International Raceway.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Phoenix is not known for its abundance of public transportation.

Subject to additional fees if not followed* *Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay. *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year. **Please note: this home does have a camera on the exterior of the home in the backyard near back door.

Guest Access: Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control may service the home weekly or monthly and they do have access to the backyard and this could occur during your stay.
The Neighborhood: Very clean and quiet community in Chandler.
Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Uber and Lyft is an option as well.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning
