As you step through the front door, you'll find yourself in an inviting entryway that leads into the formal dining area and pool table room, eventually opening up into the great room, which includes the living room and kitchen spaces.

Living Room: This room features cozy furniture, including sectional seating, accent chairs, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. French doors open to the inviting backyard oasis!

Kitchen: The expansive kitchen comes fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances, featuring a glass-top electric stove, and is complemented by striking navy blue cabinetry. The large kitchen island provides ample preparation space and includes seating for three. Savor a snack or sip coffee in the cozy breakfast nook.

Formal Dining Room: The formal dining room has seating for six guests.

Game Room: Have some fun in this bonus room that offers a pool table, extra seating and a desk area.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 42” Smart TV, access to the backyard, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, a soaking tub and a separate shower accented with gold finishes.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. Pool heating is available all year but due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
