The pool at this home is available year-round and can be heated upon request for $150/day.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

SECURITY
The security cameras at this Wander home are non-operational and do not record or monitor any activity.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

EVENTS
Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.
