This home is made for good company. The spacious living room centers on a large sectional sofa and Smart TV, an easy place to regroup after a day of golf or exploring Old Town. When the competitive streak kicks in, billiards and shuffleboard are ready and waiting, with the backyard just steps away so the fun flows easily between indoors and out.

The well-appointed kitchen includes an oven, electric flat-top stove, full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll also find a generous supply of cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, and utensils for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners.

Fire up the built-in BBQ and gather around the bar area for an easy outdoor cookout. For a little friendly competition, take on your group at ping pong or show off your short game on the private 6-hole putting green.

Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per day and must be arranged at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat is not offered June 1 through September 30 due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
