We’ve created the ultimate space for large groups of friends, family, or coworkers with everything you need in our two-story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2,271 Sq Ft contemporary villa built in 2017. Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly.

In town visiting a college student or attending a graduation? Our home is a 10-20 min range from all the Phoenix area universities and downtown Phoenix, so family can split time visiting a college student and enjoying the art and culture downtown Phoenix has to offer.

When you`re done exploring downtown Phoenix and the greater area, enjoy the 360 degree Camelback mountains & city skyline views from a Travertine tile patio with synthetic grass and ample group lounge seating, along with a beautiful, large saltwater pool and infinity edge spa (The pool and spa can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night. Heating the pool is not usually needed in the summer months. Heating only the spa is $25 per night. Please note, if the air temperature drops below 45 degrees, there is a chance that pool heating will not be available.) Or gather the group for a good time playing board games, which are located in the garage bedroom.

Guests have access to the entire property. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.

We will always be available to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay and will coordinate any in-person assistance you may require.

Please ensure to download and carefully read our rental agreement (found on the booking page). Upon booking, you are agreeing to all criteria listed on Vrbo and in that agreement, including the listed safety deposit.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Stretching from the Salt River up to the Phoenix Mountains, Camelback East Village sits between Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain, with their scenic hiking trails. The Desert Botanical Garden features regional plants, while the Phoenix Zoo has Sumatran tigers. Shopping plazas and glass-walled office towers punctuate several upscale residential areas, including Arcadia, site of a spiral house by Frank Lloyd Wright.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking, and we may request a government-issued ID to confirm the identity of the person booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of $3,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges.

Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. Please contact us directly for more details.

We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee for 8 AM to 12 PM). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests.

Please note that the air conditioning in this area is not meant to go below 70 degrees since it can overwork and damage the units in extreme heat. Because of this, the homes may be set in the 70-80 degree range.

When heated, the pool is on a timer that will keep the pool between 80 and 85 degrees from 10 am to 6 pm, and the spa can be used thereafter. Please note only one can be heated at a time, so if you turn on the spa heat while the pool is heating, the pool heat will turn off. You can use the spa during pool heat hours. Just let us know when you’re done with the spa so we can turn the pool heat back on. The gas heat will quickly reheat the pool if the temperature dropped. Variations in the temperature may occur. Please pay attention to the prices and rules for the spa and pool. If the pool or spa heat is turned on at any point without prior payment, you will be charged the fee mentioned above for the duration of your stay. If that fee is not paid immediately, heat for the pool or spa will not be available for your stay.

Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-3467. No more than 6 unrelated adults are allowed in the home per Phoenix code.

• 3 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. Due to the narrow street, parking cars along the curb is prohibited.

• No illegal substances or acts are allowed on the premises.

• Please respect the noise curfew (no loud noises or disturbances after 10pm)

• Please refrain from bringing guests whose names are not listed on the reservation.
