Hard-surface flooring runs throughout, with wood shutters and blackout curtains.

Three bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and its own TV. Upstairs is the king primary suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath, plus a loft set up with two work stations, so two people can work without sharing a table. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms, one with a sliding barn door and its own patio access, sharing a bath with a walk-in travertine shower.

Outside there is a private fenced patio with seating and an orange tree, an attached two-car garage with a full-size washer and dryer, and a greenbelt right at the front door. The community pool and heated spa are a short walk.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. High-speed T-Mobile home internet with unlimited data is included and stays on between stays, so there is nothing to set up when you arrive. Utilities are included up to $300 per month; water, sewer and trash come through the HOA, and overage is billed at cost.

The location works for medical, academic and corporate stays: two miles to Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, five minutes to ASU West and the I-17 on-ramp at Thunderbird, about twenty minutes straight up 43rd Avenue to the TSMC campus, and eleven minutes to Honeywell Deer Valley. Starbucks and Sprouts are across the street.

No smoking anywhere on the property. Small dogs 30 lbs and under are welcome with a pet stay fee; no cats, and the HOA asks that pets stay leashed in common areas and out of the pool area.
