Great place in a great location
This property was the perfect stay for our trip to Scottsdale! The place was clean and beds were comfortable. My friend and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and liked that we were so close to everything! We even got a massage across the street which was wonderful! Overall great stay at a great price. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

What? Can't hear you!
Check in went well and Loree communicated well after I prompted her a couple days before arrival. We had to leave the facility during the day because of the construction noise prevented us from having a conversation in the unit. I asked myself: If i can't use any of the facilities and can't carry a conversation on the balcony, why am i paying VRBO rates? I don't have a good answer for that. Too bad because i would have liked to have enjoyed what looks like a nice place. Since you asked: should not advertise snacks if they are going to be stale. Should clear out the fridge of perishables. should check that the toothbrushes haven't been used and put back. Shower was great. Location was good.

3 night stay for a weekend of relaxation and touring the area. We were able to walk to Old Town easily as well as drive to hike in the morning and check out near by towns. Highly recommend and we will be back! Communication was spot on!

This place has everything you need to enjoy Scottsdale. It is a perfect location. You can walk anywhere to avoid popular traffic times. Close to the water front, restaurants, shops etc. There is a very nice patio to enjoy early morning coffee/evening happy hour. One bed is firm the other is soft. It might be nice to have a cheap cooler to use to go to the pool etc. we could not find one at the grocery store. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was as listed, it was clean and convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked, the pans were nice to cook in, there were snacks and waters in the fridge to welcome us. The patio was a great place to hang out after a day of mountain biking. My only negative thing to say is the beds were not the best, one was really soft and one was really firm.

Enjoyed the amenities like towels, soaps, beds were great. The updating of bathrooms were very nice. Great patio!. The only suggestion we would make is the updating of the living room furniture...the couch has really seen better days. That would be our only draw back on a 100% rating.

My daughter was married in Scottsdale. This condo was the perfect location. Close to the wedding venue, restaurants and my daughter’s house. Condo was clean and had a great patio to relax and read when able.

Great location at the center of Scottsdale. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. walking distance to several good places to eat or have a drink. Large resort style pool very well maintained. The condo was the best equipped of any we've ever stayed at.

Great Condo and Location
We had an amazing stay at this Maya Condo! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with lots of space for all four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts went above and beyond by providing some snacks and water bottles for us. They even provided some necessities in the bathrooms that people may have forgotten to pack - toothbrush, toothpaste, make-up removers. The enclosed balcony is very nicely decorated, comfortable, looks out onto the hot-tub area and provides sun during the day. It has an automatic shade if it starts getting too hot or if there is too much noise coming from the hot-tub (we didn't experience this). There is a bistro-type table with two tall chairs, but comfortable seating for at least 5 people (including an outdoor loveseat). TV's in both bedrooms and a very large-screen tv in the "living room" with a very comfortable couch. The pool area is large and the pool is awesome. It isn't heated but it was the perfect temperature. The location is fantastic with Starbucks, Sprouts and Circle K right across the street and Fry's Drugs just down the street. The Fashion District is not far either - probably a 15 minute walk. We had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Do I have to leave?
I thought about giving 1 star, so no one else would book here and I could keep this perfect , little place to myself. But, that would be wrong....because its worth at least 5 if not 6 stars. The condo is in a clean, well manicured, complex located less than 1 mile to the scottsdale waterfront. We had an assigned, covered parking space. Arrival was made easy with detailed directions and a keyless entry. The unit was perfect for what we needed - a place to spend a few days with an adult daughter living in nearby mesa. Plenty of room for 3 adults especially with a covered, oversized balcony complete with ceiling fan and high top table for morning coffee. While the unit and location were excellent, it was the small touches that made this the perfect spot: k cups and creamers, a basket of snacks, great smelling soap, a toothbrush and paste for the forgetful, makeup wipes.... it was more than we hoped for and look forward to our next trip west from jersey.
