Very clean and quiet. The two women at the longe and restaurant in the evening were very nice; excellent service. man at front desk, a bit square but efficient. Air conditionning is noisy. pool is nice.

I had to take a rental car back to the airport after we checked in. I waited for a shuttle for an hour back to the hotel but I finally had to get a cab. Front desk guy not very helpful. Clean, nice waitress in bar/ restaurant.

My son and I stayed there on May 7th through the 8th. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. I also appreciate that the hotel doesn’t have carpet.

Airport shuttle not av@liable on my arrival at 3:30 pm at airport. Had to take taxi to hotel. Seems not up to par for a $200/night hotel. No shuttle available in the morning on my departure though I had confirmed about 2 months that it would be available. Staff not very accommodating on check out.

Property is good, slightly dated but acceptable. Very good friendly staff, even let me check in a bit early and attentive to my needs! Issue is outside the property which is not something the hotel can control, that is homeless congregating near the light rail station and vicinity. I took a shared ride instead of taking the light rail. It was dirty and strewn with litter along the road. There is nothing food wise within walking distance, the hotel cafe had average food and I used it instead. The City should clean this place up, it is impacting tourism to the Phoenix area!

Quiet, clean, quick registration. Only one older woman to manage twelve tables plus several seats at the bar and grill restaurant, thus slow service, but not the waitress’ fault. She was doing the best she could.during the dinner hour.

It is an older hotel which was fixed up. Very clean. Easy parking. Suorr close to the airport. Not much right in the area. Onsite restaurant was expensive and not many food choices. Took a shuttle to the airport and staff called for our wake up call. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Average hotel. Good rooms, nice staff. My reason for staying here was due to unforeseen circumstances on my trip to Phoenix so I booked this last minute to be close to the airport. I spent all my time in the room and left early in the morning. Tough to provide a thorough evaluation.

The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included,but it's a simple meal.
