Discounted rate for long term stay Oct - Dec 2024. Arizona living at its best! 2,400 square foot single store home on over 1.25 acres in North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area. The home has four bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The master has direct access to the huge patio and backyard. There are three bedrooms each with a queen size bed on the other side of the home along with another spacious bathroom with dual sinks. All bedrooms have TVs and down comforters. The entire home has travertine flooring. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen features a six-foot counter perfect for a quick snack or for prepping for your meals, and it is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a large living room with a fireplace. The room is open, airy and bright.
Enjoy the Arizona sunshine in the huge back yard, with a large pool (unheated) with waterfall and a separate spa. The patio features a fireplace, gas BBQ grill, large table with seating for eight, and a seating area with couch and love seat. There are several other outdoor seating areas around the property where you can enjoy watching the birds, reading a book or basking in the warm sunshine. Maybe you want to relax in the hammock, or have a bonfire in the fire pit. There are six lounge chairs around the pool (unheated) and plenty of room to spread out in this private yard.
You’re going to love the location! Minutes from old town Cave Creek which has numerous restaurants and shopping, enjoy margaritas at El Encanto, or visit Frontier Town, a recreation of an 1870s western town. Stop by the Buffalo Chip to have a beer and watch the bull riding, or enjoy cowboy steaks and a night of dancing at Harold’s next door. Cave Creek is home to Spur Cross Conservation area, Cave Creek Regional Park, Pinnacle Peak Park and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve with great hiking and mountain biking, or just bring a picnic and enjoy the Arizona desert landscape. 5-star restaurants and fantastic shopping are available nearby in North Scottsdale. Or head to old town Scottsdale for dinner and the ArtWalk every Thursday evening. And don’t forget the abundant world class golf options, or maybe you want to rent ATVs, take a jeep tour, or go on a horse back ride through the Arizona Desert.

Spacious home with amazing backyard!

We rented this home for our spring break travel. It has so much to offer! The home is well maintained and very clean. There was more than enough room for my family of 4 to spread out and relax with 4 bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and the grill made dinner easy. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous!! It can entertain for days. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after long hikes. The desert landscaping is beautiful. The owner is kind, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This property was 10/10 and we would stay again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Fantastic Cave Creek House Rental

We just completed our second stay at this house.We love the private, spacious backyard pool area. Pool area has southern exposure, great for relaxing in the Arizona sun. Table with umbrella and 4 chairs poolside is great to take a break from the sun. The house has a covered patio that allows you to sit outside in the shade to avoid direct sunshine and take cover from occasional rain.Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need. Keurig coffeemaker is nice. Refrigerator has ice maker that works well. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, plates and glassware.Beds are comfortable, showers work well with plenty of hot water.House is located in a nice, quiet, almost rural neighborhood. We like to take daily walks, great for that. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming.Great restaurant and grocery store are minutes away. Lots of great hiking nearby. Two great parks are less than a hour away and worth visiting (check out Lake Pleasant and Cave Creek Regional).Beautiful Sedona is less than two hours away and an easy day trip.In summary, this is a great house with great hosts. The attention to details and top notch maintenance is readily apparent. You are not renting from a large real estate company, but from people who truly care about your satisfaction.If you are into bird watching, this neighborhood will not disappoint. Lots of hummingbirds !We plan to book this property again next year. Absolutely no reason to go elsewhere, this place is perfect.

Fantastic Cave Creek, AZ House - Come on in, it’s all GREAT !!!

Great House + Great Host = Awesome Vacation This house has it all. The location is great, close to stores, restaurants and recreation. Yet, once you are there, you feel like you are in a remote house in the desert. The inside of the house is spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need if you wish to prepare/serve your own meals. Master bedroom is comfortable and bathroom has 2 sinks and walk-in shower. Living room has very comfortable seating and large TV. The backyard is a desert oasis. The pool chairs are very comfortable. The host even provides pool towels. Backyard is private and spacious. Plenty of poolside seating, and nice outside seating area next to the house to avoid the sun and occasional rain. If you like nature, lots of bird watching close by. The entire property is clean and well maintained. This was our first VRBO rental. This property exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host is easy and very timely responses. The host really cares about your experience and it shows in every facet of the rental experience. This property sets the bar very high for future vacation house rentals. We definitely plan to return next year. A “no-brainer” decision if I ever had one.

Fantastic property in beautiful Scottsdale.

It's rare in life that you get something that was actually under represented, but this was one of those nice occurrences. The house was better than described, the views from the patio are spectacular, the house has an open floor plan and is extremely comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive, and very helpful. A little tricky to find the first time, but they helped us through it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Desert Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious and clean with more amenities then I have seen in past vrbo rentals. The backyard was magical for us which is where we spend most of our time. Our young girls really enjoyed the pool and hottub which is so secluded it felt like a private resort. Also so close to shopping and city we could travel to Scottsdale/Tempe for events and get back very quickly. Highly recommend can't wait to come back!

Family Getaway

We just returned from our stay and everything was fantastic. Eve was extremely easy to work with and easy to contact with any questions. The home is welcoming and beautiful. We loved the outdoor space. Wish the weather would have been better but you cannot control that. Would love to come back when we could enjoy the pool.

Perfect house for larger groups

Stayed here with my family (7 adults). There was plenty of room for all of us, was very nicely taken care of and felt like home. The pool was amazing and had plenty of privacy and space. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than pictures - #2!

We booked this property because it was around the corner from where our Daughter was hosting her wedding. We rented this property with okay expectations. Let me tell you, the place was great. My wife and I believe the property is nicer than the VRBO pictures. The house was very clean and the multiple temperature zones are a plus. The backyard had a nice sitting area with a grill. We used this area multiple times to hang out and make lunch. The hot tub was clean and had nice nighttime lighting. The firepit also had nighttime lighting with plenty of seating. The pool was big, very clean, and had a nice waterfall feature. It did not have a heater option, but we felt it was not required. We were very nervous when we saw that the property had live chickens but once we started to use the fresh eggs, it was a great feature. I provided some feedback to the property owners to help future guests with the welcome instruction, but they were a 5-star rating on their responsiveness. They did a great job communicating via the VRBO application. Which being a heavy user of VRBO rentals is a must. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean home with everything you’d need. The pool was too chilly for us adults but the kids sure didn’t mind! Communication with the owners was easy and they were even kind enough to mail back a item we left behind. We recommend this property!

Cave Creek Retreat

Beautiful and comfortable home in Cave Creek. Large yard with very old cactus, swimming pool, and large hot tub. Wedged between great hiking trails and high-end golf courses, we really enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is very secluded and quiet. Bedrooms were comfortable as was the living room equipped with large-screen tv. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. There are good paths to walk in neighborhood, but we really loved all of the nearby trails in Scottsdale and Cave Creek.

Wonderful resort-style home.

Our family chose this proprty for our spring vacation based on the number of bedrooms and baths, but mostly for the incredible back yard. We felt like we were at a resort, but had the entire place to ourselves to enjoy the sun, pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining. The hosts promptly answered all of our booking questions and provided some advice on local activities. Everything is the house and back yard was well labled, with instructions on how to use all of the equipment. We hope this is not our only trip to this property, it was perfect for us.

Winter in the desert

This was our first month long rental and we decided to do it during COVID with close friends. The outdoor recreation in Phoenix was COVID friendly and so much fun. Eve and Joe were great hosts and their house was better than the pics. We highly recommend this place!
