Check-in Process:
All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale/PHX Valley area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Overall, the house was nice. Perfect location for our golfing group. The biggest complaint is that the thermostat upstairs defaulted to a high setting during the night and the upstairs temperature would rise to 84 degrees. We woke up every night around 2:00 am sweating. I called the management group for it to be reset or asked for the code so that I could reset the thermostat. The problem was never corrected. Also, there was no ironing board. I called the management group and they said the house included an iron but not an ironing board. Also, there were no garage door opener. When entering the house, someone would have to get out of the car, go through the front door, go through the house, and open the garage door from the inside. When leaving the house, we would have to pull out of the garage, someone would have to remain in the garage, push the garage door button, and then run out of the garage. I also notified the management group and nothing was done.

The home is wonderful and well kept. With the living room being at the center of the home, the layout is great for large groups looking to enjoy an open floorplan and lots of natural light. We had full access to the 3 car garage which was useful . The driveway is narrow and not too practical for anyone traveling with trailers. The neighborhood is peaceful with the exception of one easily irritated neighbor behind the propert. The management team is professional and easy to work with. They are very responsive and thorough.
