You will have street parking as well as the driveway available to park - no garage access will be provided
♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events.
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front door, one overlooking the back yard, one overlooking the front of the house which record video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video. No video/audio recording anywhere inside the house.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.
