Fontaines, collines Nouvelle rénovation totale de ce 3BR / 2. 5BA, y compris tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils. Étage unique, concept à aire ouverte et deux espaces de divertissement en plein air offrant une vue dans toutes les directions. Porche arrière couvert surplombe la piscine et un acre de terrain privé pour une vue magnifique coucher de soleil. Breezeway couvert et meublé pour griller / manger / se détendre, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et la fontaine.

Nous (Matt et Sue) avons récemment acheté et meublé la maison et sommes impatients de nous installer (SO!) sympathique Fountain Hills en permanence un jour. En attendant, nous espérons vous offrir, à vous et à votre famille / amis, un foyer merveilleux, paisible et sans soucis. Nous sommes impatients d’obtenir votre avis positif. Nous avons donc pensé à tout pour que vous puissiez déposer vos bagages, verser un verre, vous baigner dans la piscine et profiter du beau temps et des vues fantastiques! Vous ne trouverez aucun de nos effets personnels à la maison. Ce sera votre maison pour le temps que vous êtes ici. Vacation views inside and out! Stay here if you love beautiful views ! You can enjoy Fountain Hills from every window. It has so many great seating areas to watch the sunrise , sunset and the fountain. We really enjoyed our 30 day stay . Our daughter’s family join us for a week during Thanksgiving! It was great! The home is clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for families to hang out. We enjoyed a lovely pool area, a backyard deck, a breezeway and a game room garage. My grandson loved playing all of the video games. It was a great place to watch football , play pool and video games! The location of this home is great. A very quiet street with a culdesac not far from town. We were even able to walk to town to see the Thanksgiving Day parade.The overall layout of this home is wonderful . The beds and furniture throughout are very comfortable . We highly recommend this vacation home.The host, Matt, is absolutely awesome. He makes check-in and checkout so easy. He has everything you will need for your stay. Great appliances and cookware. Matt has a nice variety of tv subscriptions too. He answers texts and calls if you have questions. We have been coming to Fountain Hills for several years! This was our best stay! We will definitely rebook!

Wow, I have rented 19 VRBO properties in the in the last 22 years. There have been 10 in Hawaii to 3 in Mexico, one in Bend Oregon and 5 in Arizona. This house was the best one over all, for sure!!! Matt, was definitely the best owner/manager I have ever dealt with. He responded so quickly that I often didn't catch he replied for some time after! The kitchen is the best supplied one ever! Matt has thought of everything from the instant pot to air fryer to martini glasses to food staples! The knives are top notch. The kitchen has every piece of cutlery, dinnerware, pots, pans etc you can think of and more! Oh, and a much appreciated music speaker you could take outside to have your tunes playing! There are 2 dining tables. The living room has very comfortable seating, with a 65" TV (not a 70" which was my only disappointment). Don't miss watching the famous "Fountain", which is the tallest in the USA and one of the tallest in the world, go off every top of the hour, for 15 minutes, from the living room!!! The bedrooms have luxurious bedding and bathrooms have shampoo and more! The pool is great with an actual deep end. The umbrella's are fabulous to shade the middle of the pool in our Arizona heat. The views were amazing from it and most everywhere outside. There is a regular grill AND a flat top grill!!! The game room had a pool table, 3 cool video games, card table and more. It was a kick! Sure wish we coulda stayed longer than 3 nights!

Fountain Hills - May 2025

Enjoyed a 1 week stay with our crew of 5. Excellent weather.Property offered plenty of space and tranquility for an enjoyable Stay.Communication with the owner was super-timely and helpful. Check-in was as easy as it comes. Property was stocked well with proper cooking tools and some varied ingredients from past renters.The griddle and grill were both very nice to have for home meals.The pool offered a great setting to relax and look out over a sizeable natural landscape. Saw a coyote daily through the mornings scouting about.Bedrooms were all comfortable and well-appointed. Bathrooms were stocked well and clean.Fountain Hills has plenty of options for food and activity. You are 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 25 minutes from the east Valley for other choices. The views are hard to beat with Four Peaks right out the front door, Red Mountain off to the right, and the McDowells out the back. Hiking at Adero Canyon (15 minutes away) was really nice. Fountain Hills is pretty walkable to the business area near the fountain and we did that 3 or 4 times. 30 minutes each way, but hilly.We had a great experience and Matt's property was a great selection for us.

What a spot!

The photos just don’t capture the stunning views! So private and peaceful in an upscale neighborhood we'd never been to. Amazing location and views! So private and peaceful! The pool was the big reason we wanted to stay here. It has a zero gravity swing with the mountain view’s… fantastic! Inside, the place was so comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything we needed. And Matt, the owner, was super easy and accommodating. We didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back!

Amazing Home!

We loved this property! The house has everything you need and the pool area was beautiful! We spent every afternoon relaxing in and by the pool. It's very quiet as the neighbors are a good distance away so the pool area is very private. At night we enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the very comfortable family room.Matt was super easy to communicate with and would answer any questions very quickly. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was perfect. Matt is an incredible host and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Photos don’t do it justice - just perfect

I’ve stayed in many properties in the US, never has one been so well equipped plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Everything you could ever need including a pantry with many of the ‘basics’ a welcome pack of goodies was a really nice. The most incredible thing was a Peloton bike! Large TV’s were fantastic pool was super clean (we watched how thorough the pool guy was). Lots of additional pillows linen and towels I can’t think of anything more you could ask for. The area is clean safe and unbelievably quiet, no car or aircraft noise and the pool is secluded and not overlooked at all. If you want party central - this isn’t for you. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Matt the host responded to our ‘how does this work’ questions within minutes, unbelievably helpful and keen to ensure we had the perfect stay - which we absolutely did. If we come back to Scottsdale we will not need to look anywhere else

Fountain Hills Gem

This is our second stay at Matt's beautiful home in Fountain Hills. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket filled with all sorts of treats which was so thoughtful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well outfitted and stocked with some basics to get you going. Bedrooms are comfortable and living area has loads of room to play board games, puzzle or just relax and watch some sports or watch a movie or take a spin on the bike! The house has a lovely pool and backyard where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets while enjoying the peaceful and incredibly quiet neighborhood. You are close to the Fountain Hills town center, shopping, restaurants, and some nice hiking trails. Did I mention the cleanliness and neatness of the house? It really feels like a home away from home. Matt is a wonderful host and he always available if you need him. We are looking forward to our visit next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful vacation home in Fountain Hills

Loved my stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom fully equipped home in Fountain Hills. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful and private pool and backyard. I really appreciated the Peloton since it was August and too hot to hike or run outside, but can’t wait to come back and stay when hiking and running is possible. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, all I needed for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing getaway with family

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The breathtaking views were stunning, and the beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The property was equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Matt, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our questions, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Overall, this home exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely book again in the future.

Short but great Arizona stay

A great short stay in a beautiful home that met all our needs. Matt was great with communication. Although we used it limitedly, the pool was a nice bonus and was a decent size. Good location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
