The Space

Bright and welcoming, this home fills with Arizona sunshine through high ceilings and large windows. The open layout gives your group room to gather after a day on the golf course, on nearby desert trails, or exploring Phoenix and Scottsdale. The main living area offers plenty of seating, a large Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace that adds a cozy touch on cooler evenings. For a little friendly competition, challenge your group to the Golden Tee Golf arcade game, a fun nod to the surrounding golf-course setting.
The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and flows easily into the dining and living areas, whether you're gathering for family dinners or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out for the day.

Outdoor Living and Entertainment

The backyard is one of the highlights of this home, overlooking the neighboring golf course for a peaceful backdrop of green fairways, palm trees, and desert scenery. The private pool and hot tub take center stage, surrounded by a spacious patio with plenty of room to relax in the sun or unwind in the evening. The covered patio offers a shaded outdoor dining space overlooking the pool and golf course, perfect for morning coffee, lunch by the pool, or dinner as the Arizona sun sets.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $100 per day, with a 3-day minimum required, and must be arranged at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat is not offered June 1 through September 30 due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heat: $100 per day, 3-day minimum, requested at least 48 hours before arrival. Not available June 1 through September 30. Pool is heated between 80-85 degrees depending on the outside ambient temperature and time of day.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not permitted, but you are welcome to inquire about an exception. If an exception is granted, or if a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged.
To Protect the floors and keep the home in excellent condition for all guests, we prefer no shoes to be worn in the house
