With space for up to 10 guests, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort. Neutral tones and simple touches throughout the rooms create a restful setting, and the layout is designed to give everyone room to settle in. Two bathrooms serve the home, each providing essential conveniences for getting ready or winding down.



Indoor living

Inside, you can gather in the living room or head to the game room, where a pool table and life size games add an extra layer of fun for your stay. The dedicated workspace offers a quiet place to focus when needed, with a door that provides separation from the rest of the home. Central air conditioning and central heating help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your stay. Additional conveniences such as a TV, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials are provided.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the space you need to prepare meals together. A dining table sits nearby for shared moments, whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or settling in for dinner after a day out exploring Phoenix.

The patio and outdoor furniture create a comfortable setting for spending time outdoors, while sun loungers invite you to take advantage of the warm Phoenix climate any time of year. Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-3122
