You will be centrally located to all Tempe and Scottsdale has to offer! Close to Spring Training! Plenty of space for a group with 4 bedrooms, two spacious gathering spaces with large sectionals and TV's and a great patio to enjoy the Valley of the sun's beautiful weather and BBQ on a large propane grill.
Tucked into a quiet family friendly Tempe neighborhood, this home is just minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport, the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, all things ASU, Cubs and Angels spring training sites, and world-class golfing, shopping and dining in nearby Scottsdale. Great biking and hiking trails nearby.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a Keurig to enjoy a warm cup of coffee before you begin your day's activities. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest. There is a desk for working remote and High-Speed Wifi. Home has 3 smart TV's with Hulu Live with Disney Plus included for you to enjoy.

Very clean and comfy

This house is fantastic! Clean as can be, and I’m very particular about cleanliness. It’s spotless and decorated with comfort in mind: the kitchen is top of the line stunning, the family room is spacious and comfortable for a family or significant group of friends to watch or stream tv. The air conditioning works fabulous and the wi die treatments keep the heat at bay. Nice 4 bedroom house with decent size room and a huge master bedroom: I would definitely rent this home in the future. We were close to Scottsdale and the golf tournament we were competing in. The host is accommodating and quick to respond. Rent this place and enjoy!

Nice place, pleasant stay

This property is well-maintained, large, very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The back yard outdoor area is nicely set up and pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Beds are comfortable. Check-in and out were easy and the owner is readily available. The location is very convenient for accessing various places in the Phoenix area and close to Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Gardens and the Arizona History Museum, which are all worth visiting more than once. Tempe and Scottsdale are also close by for shopping and groceries. Would stay here again.

My daughter was graduating from ASU and we needed a place for family coming in from all over the country to stay. This house was perfect! Loved the fact that three of the four bedrooms had king-size beds and the fourth bedroom had a queen.. the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and more. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This house was really good. The location was great. A quiet neighborhood. Close to walking trails in a nearby open space. The house was quite roomy. Two gathering spaces. Comfortable beds. Private backyard. Well stocked kitchen. Easy lockbox. Good washer dryer and even an ironing board and iron. Not overly decorated or overly stuffed cabinets. Very comfortable and clean!

The Best!

We had the greatest stay here. Plenty of room for three couples to spread out and not be on top of each other. The place was super clean and decorated really nice. The beds and bedding were to die for! So comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal. The host was just lovely and very responsive. Honestly one of the best places I have ever rented. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect Weekend

We were in town for a golf tournament. The location was wonderful. We walked to Fate Brewing for a couple meals and to coffee every morning. We were not home too much so no need for a pool in the winter. Used the grill and benefited from the 2 living rooms! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anybody in the Tempe/scottsdale area.

AZ - Girls Getaway

This Home Away from Home did not disappoint! We booked this property as a "Girls Getaway", and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Everything about the home is accurately pictured, and all the rooms are so very comfortable and inviting. The location is spot on for venturing into both Tempe and Scottsdale - which we did. It is an older neighborhood, but don't let that stop you. Our stay was quiet and safe - we would not hesitate to go back! Best part was how awesome the owner is - she was very responsive, took our requests in to account, and was especially accommodating during our stay. Do it - you'll be pleased with this selection.
