Sleeping arrangements
The house accommodates up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also has a king bed, the third offers two twin beds, and the fourth includes one twin bed alongside a full bed. The second bathroom provides a double vanity for added convenience.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a backyard tailored for relaxation and fun. The pool can be heated upon request, and the hot tub is available year-round. Comfortable lounge chairs and shaded cabanas invite you to spend long afternoons outdoors. The BBQ grill is ready for meals under the Arizona sky, with plenty of space to gather and enjoy.

Kitchen & dining
Inside, the well-equipped kitchen includes ample prep space along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more. Essential cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. The dining table makes it easy to share meals together, whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a sit-down dinner.

Family-friendly details
Traveling with children is made simpler with thoughtful touches such as a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books and toys, dinnerware, and board games. Room-darkening shades help little ones rest, and extra pillows and blankets are available for added comfort.

Entertainment & work
Three TVs with streaming apps including Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, and CBS News are available for downtime, and high speed wireless internet supports both leisure and remote work. A dedicated workspace and ethernet connection provide flexibility for business needs.

Safety & security
For peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An exterior security camera is located at the front entrance, and noise sensors are in place inside and outside the home to help maintain the quiet, family-oriented neighborhood.

Neighborhood
The property is less than two miles from Old Town Scottsdale, where you’ll find restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and nightlife. The airport is about 15 minutes away, and golf courses are within a short drive. The surrounding area is safe, quiet, and family friendly, offering a comfortable base close to everything.

Practical notes
Please note the garage is not accessible to the guests but there is a large driveway that can park 2 cars and free street parking nearby. Guests have access to the entire home. The property is pet-friendly, self check-in is available with a keypad, and long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
