Pool & Spa: Pool heating is complimentary year-round and maintained at 88°F for your comfort. All guests are required to sign a Pool Use & Safety Waiver prior to check-in.



Noise & Parties: We enforce a strict no-party and no-event policy. The City of Scottsdale has firm regulations regarding noise, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Please respect our neighbors and local ordinances.



Security & Monitoring: For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry. It is used only to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes—no other cameras or recording devices are present on the property. A Minut noise monitoring device may also be active; it only measures decibel levels and does not record audio, ensuring guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.



Pets: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply to cover the additional sanitation required.



Late Check-Outs: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you require additional time.



Family Amenities: A Pack ’n Play and highchair are available upon request.
