Grand Piano: The piano is available only for guests who are experienced pianists. Children are not permitted to play the piano.

Quiet Neighborhood: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any serious violation may result in guests being asked to leave without a second warning.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.

Occupancy: Per Scottsdale regulations, the home has a maximum occupancy of 6 adults, plus their dependent children.
