The home is perfect for large groups that want to be centrally located to North Scottsdale and Old Town.

This 4 bedroom and three and a half bathroom home is two stories with high ceilings. Relax by the pool (which is fenced) or inside with the open living room/game room/dining area! There is Cornhole, Pool table and Foosball included.

​​​​​​​The pool is heated from November 1st through the end of May to approximately 85 degrees, and it's included at no extra cost! Please note, however, that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.

*Please note that even though it is seen in photos, the hot tub at this home is inoperable.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Bed and En-suite Bathroom (located on the 1st floor. All other bedrooms on the 2nd floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin over Twin Bunks with Bathroom steps away
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds with Jack and Jill Shared Bath
Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds with Jack and Jill Shared Bath
Extra Sleeping: Twin Futon Upstairs and Queen Air Mattress
